What You'll Do
  • Develop relationships with new and prospective customers.
  • Identify customers' insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions that protect what matters most.
  • Sell and service a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Business, Life, and many additional insurance products designed to meet our customers' unique needs.
  • Follow up with prospects, referrals, and existing customers.
  • Cross-sell additional products by identifying opportunities to better protect customers and their families.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build long-term relationships through outstanding service, trust, and follow-up.
Compensation
  • $40,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly commission with uncapped earning potential
  • Annual performance-based bonus

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Licensing Requirements
Applicants with active New Jersey Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance licenses are preferred. Candidates who are not currently licensed are welcome to apply but must obtain the required New Jersey Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance licenses within two months of hire.
